Who we are

Le site Accessible Tour Lab showcases an accessible tourism project co-funded by the European Union under the INSPIRES programme. It is run by the partnership between Destination Everywhere and Once in Brussels.

Data collected

This site does not automatically collect personal data. The only information you may provide us with is given voluntarily:

• Newsletter sign-up: email address, first name, surname and company, via a form hosted by Mailchimp. This data is processed by Mailchimp and subject to their privacy policy.
• Contact page: the email addresses displayed are direct contact channels. No contact form transmits data via this site.

Cookies and trackers

This site does not use tracking, advertising or profiling cookies. We do not embed audience-analytics tools, social media widgets or targeted advertising.

Only strictly technical cookies, needed for the site to function or imposed by the host, may be set. They do not allow you to be identified for commercial purposes. The site also stores, locally in your browser (via the key "atl-lang"), the language you have chosen, so it can be offered to you automatically on your next visit.

When you open the Mailchimp form, it may set its own functional cookies on its own domain; this is beyond our control. We recommend reviewing Mailchimp's policy if you access it.

Hosting and security

The site is hosted on Lovable Cloud infrastructure. Communications are encrypted via HTTPS. We do not store any user database or browsing data on our own servers.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data. You may also object to its processing or withdraw your consent at any time, in particular via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter.
